Privacy Policy

• When you book: your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, any notes you add, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
• On your intake form: health information you choose to share (such as injuries, conditions, and comfort preferences), your vehicle and license plate for guest parking, and how you would like us to use your contact information.
• Through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• About payments: whether your deposit and balance were received, and the amounts. Payments are made through Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay; we never see or store card or bank details.

To schedule and confirm your appointments, send confirmation emails and reminders, prepare a safe and comfortable session, keep records of your visits and payments, and answer your messages. If you choose to receive promotions on your intake form, we may also send you promotional emails, no more than monthly. We never send promotions by text.

Your health information is seen only by Shawn and is used only to provide your massage safely.

We collect your mobile number when you book. We text it only if you check the box agreeing to appointment reminder texts, and only for the two reminders described in our SMS Terms. Confirmations come by email, never by text.

If you text our number, your message and number are forwarded to Shawn by email so he can follow up. Replies to that number are not otherwise monitored.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service provider that delivers our texts (Twilio), and only so that it can deliver them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our appointments, and only what each one needs:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Supabase, which stores our client and appointment records.
• Brevo, which delivers our emails, including texts forwarded to Shawn.
• Twilio, which delivers our text messages.
• Google Calendar, where Shawn keeps his schedule. A confirmed appointment adds your first name, phone number, email, and balance due to it. Never your health information or date of birth.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

This site has no advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. The only cookies it sets are the ones needed to open your private intake form and for Shawn to sign in to manage appointments.

We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as we need it for our business records.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Change your promotional email choice on your next intake form, or ask us to.
• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form.

Our services are for adults 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
