Terms of Service

Booking a session means you agree to our Policies and Agreements, which set out the full terms. In short:

• Sessions are for adults 18 and over.
• Studio sessions are booked online. Mobile sessions are by request only, through the contact form.
• Every booking needs a $20 non-refundable deposit, paid by Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until it is paid, and it comes off your balance at the session.
• You can cancel or reschedule for free more than 24 hours before your start time. To use the same deposit, rebook within 30 days.
• Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, costs the full price of the scheduled service.
• One discount per session. Discounts never combine.

If anything here differs from the Policies and Agreements, those govern.

• Program: Prism OC Massage (Shawn Wilson) appointment reminders.
• What we send: appointment reminders only: one two days before each appointment you book with us, and one two hours before. We never send marketing or promotional texts. The two-day reminder also comes by email; the two-hour one comes by text instead of email, and by email only if the text can't be sent.
• How to join: check the text message box when you book online. It is optional. Without it, your confirmation and every reminder come by email.
• How often: two messages per appointment.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts. Reply START to join again.
• For help: reply HELP, or use the contact form.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
